Out of pain.
Back in action.
Clear diagnosis, hands-on osteopathy and structured, data-driven rehab — all in one place in Kings Hill, Kent. Trusted by active people and athletes to fix the cause, not chase the symptom.
Pain doesn't just hurt. It shrinks your life — the runs you skip, the sleep you lose, the lifts you stop trusting. You don't need to push through it, and you don't need to wait it out. You need someone to find the cause, build the plan, and show you proof it's working — until you feel strong and confident again.
Your route back,
drawn step by step
No guesswork and no endless open-ended treatment. Every patient moves through the same evidence-based process — and your own scroll draws it below, the way your own work carries you through it.
Assess Visit one
Up to 45 minutes with an osteopath: your history, a movement exam, and where it helps, VALD force-plate data or live MSK ultrasound. You leave with a clear diagnosis — the actual cause, not just the sore spot.
Treat From session one
Hands-on osteopathic treatment starts in the first session where appropriate — easing pain, restoring movement, and getting you sleeping and living normally again.
Build Your programme
A rehab programme built around your specific deficit — strength, control or range — not a generic template. It evolves with you, always targeting the next limiting factor.
Re-test Prove it
We re-test against your own baseline on the same technology. You're progressed — and cleared — when the data says the capacity is genuinely back, not just when it feels better.
Back in action And beyond
Back to your sport, your gym, your life — often stronger than before the injury. Performance testing, training programmes and reformer Pilates keep you there.

Back on their feet.
Back to their best.
“As a very active person with lots of aches and pains and various injuries over the years, Danny has always got me back on my feet and back to my best. I would highly recommend him.”
“Not only does he have an extensive knowledge of what he is doing, his dedication to getting the right results is extremely impressive. His osteopathic intervention helped treat upper back pain issues and I have since had an excellent recovery.”
“He has given me plans to improve strength in a particularly weak muscle which has caused other issues. Always very professional and very friendly — someone I would definitely recommend.”
